PAYMENT
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Order” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit and debit card payment in £ sterling, U.S.$ and Euro €. If you are purchasing from outside the UK and your currency is not £, US$ or € your card company will convert your payment from the price in £ sterling to your local currency. You may send your credit card information via phone, post or over the Internet.
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Debit Cards.
SECURITY
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer technology) to collect your card details.
When you place an order with us the golden padlock will appear on the final page where you enter your card details. You can also confirm that the page is secure by checking in the address box which will show https:// at the beginning.
Bare Necessities do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
DELIVERY
Orders will be dispatched complete within 48 hours of receipt, subject to payment and all garments being in stock. Should a garment be temporarily out of stock we will advise you by email of the estimated delivery date. Any items remaining on back order will be dispatched without further shipping charges as soon as available.
VAT at 20% is already included in the purchase price of all goods purchased within the UK.
VAT will be deducted from the total price of goods at checkout for goods delivered to the EU & ROW however your country may apply customs charges..

SHIPPING IS FREE FOR ORDERS OVER £85 – UK, £150 – EUROPE & ROW
If the original order was entitled to free shipping and then the returned items bring the value of the goods retained to below this i.e. £85 (UK), £150 (EUROPE & ROW), then the normal rate of postage will be deducted from the credit due on the returned items.

CUSTOMS & DUTY
Customers are responsible for any import duties & taxes which may be levied on any shipment plus any added charges for Customs clearance.
RETURNS
We aim to provide complete satisfaction. We are happy to exchange/refund garments provided that they are returned, at the customers expense, within 14 days of the invoice date for UK and 21 days for Europe and the Rest of the World. In compliance with hygiene laws all the items must be in their original unworn condition, with all tags and labels still attached and in their original packaging.
ITEMS NOT RETURNED IN THIS CONDITION WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED/REFUNDED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER.
If the original order was for over £85 (UK) or £150 (Europe & Rest of the World), receiving free postage and the returned items bring the value of the order to below this amount, then the normal rate of postage will be deducted from the credit due on the returned items.
