We aim to provide complete satisfaction. We are happy to exchange/refund garments provided that they are returned at the customers expense – within 14 days of the invoice date for UK and 21 days for Europe and the Rest of the World. In compliance with hygiene laws all the items must be in their original unworn condition, with all tags and labels still attached and in their original packaging.
ITEMS NOT RETURNED IN THIS CONDITION WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED/REFUNDED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.
If the original order was for over £150 UK only, receiving free postage and the returned items bring the value of the order to below this amount, then the normal rate of postage will be deducted from the credit due on the returned items.

Your delivery
Your item(s) will be dispatched within 48 hours (subject to payment and stock levels). Should an item you have ordered be temporarily out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and confirm an expected delivery date. Any items remaining on back order will be dispatched without further shipping charges as soon as available.
VAT at 20% is already included within the purchase price of all items purchased within the EU. For good delivered outside the EU, VAT will be deducted at checkout.
FREE DELIVERY for orders over £150 UK only. Please note, if items are returned and your order total becomes less than the free shipping threshold, appropriate postage will be deducted from your credit.
